### **About the Role:**

We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for enthusiastic **Talent Acquisition Specialists** to help us identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various domains. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely closures and process improvements.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 6 months to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in volume hiring or niche hiring will be a plus.
